How to Place an Order: Over $250 spend

For orders that have a minimum spend of $250, we encourage you to place an order via phone or email for ease of purchase. When you contact us, you can let us know what plants you wish to purchase based on our plant list, and we can advise you on the stock that is available before your final order is then placed. From here, we will ship your order our in one of our trucks, specifically chosen to minimise freight charges for our clients.

When your plants arrive, the truck driver will unload your purchases before asking for a final payment. If you don’t require your plants to be delivered, you are also welcome to pick them up from our Pink Lily nursery. In-Store Purchases

If you’re only wanting to purchase a small number of plants, we recommend visiting us in-store at our beautiful Pink Lily property. Here, you can browse our extensive range of plants, trees and grasses and hand pick your favourite plants and take them home straight away. Our knowledgeable team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about our range as well as provide planting and care advice.

Wholesale Enquiries

We provide plants to a number of suppliers at a discounted wholesale price. For all wholesale enquires, our team will need to firstly verify that you are eligible for a wholesale discount by conducting a few checks. Once you’re verified as a legitimate business, you are able to place an order with us via email or over the phone. When it comes to payments, you have the option of paying upon delivery or opening up an account after your first few orders with us so that you can pay in lump sums.
